Awareness through Movement® Zoom Classes
Monday evenings 6-7 ongoing, join any time
(No class September 2 and September 23)
cost: $20 per class or $120 for 8 consecutive classes
IN THIS WEEKLY CLASS you will be invited to sense your movement the way a connoisseur would sense a fine wine or a scientist an interesting pattern in nature. This very attention has a has a transformative effect on movement, making it more easy, efficient, graceful and satisfying. The late Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais said his lessons make “the impossible possible, the possible easy to do and the easy to do pleasurable and the pleasurable, aesthetically pleasing.”
The lessons will help you reduce stress, improve balance, deepen breathing and develop a more cooperative relationship with the wisdom of your body.

Regarding payment I understand the financial difficulty that many people are facing right now, and therefore, this class has a pay what you can policy. If you are broke as so many are, please feel free to be my guest. However, for those of you who are in a position to pay, I will accept donations up to $20 per class which is my typical fee per class.
Balance-a Feldenkrais Toolkit (on Zoom)
Wednesday evenings 6:00-7:00 ET (ongoing you can join any time)

In each session, I will explore a different aspect of balance with you.
I've designed this class not only as an exploration of human balance but as a toolkit for you to continue using in your everyday life. You'll leave our class with a number of techniques designed not only to help you maintain your vital balancing ability but to improve on it over time.
You'll learn how to sense your "zone of safety", recognize early indicators of compromised balance, develop the tactile intelligence of your feet, and cultivate a relaxed state of balance where standing and walking become increasingly effortless and pleasurable. These techniques help to deepen the ease and stability of your balance, as well as to better align and move your most significant balancing joints – your ankles, hip joints, and the atlanto-occipital joint.
Whether you're an individual wishing to improve your balance or a professional in the field of health and movement, what you'll be learning in our class will make the improvements you seek fully available to you.
Cost:
For Awareness through Movement (Mondays) $20 per class or $120 for 8 consecutive classes
For Balance class (Wednesdays) $120 includes the 8 weeks + recordings to aid your practice at home
or $20 per single class payable in advance +recording of that week's class

Individual Feldenkrais work
Offered Monday through Friday 9-5
Individual Feldenkrais work, also known as Functional Integration, is a personalized approach to the Feldenkrais Method. It involves one-on-one sessions where a certified practitioner provides hands-on guidance to improve movement and increase awareness. The practitioner uses gentle, non-invasive touch along with verbal cues to help the client explore new possibilities in his or her movements. By addressing specific limitations or areas of discomfort, Individual Feldenkrais work aims to support the individual's unique learning process and enhance overall well-being.
Additional Services - Mentoring and Consultations
With 47 years as a Feldenkrais® Practitioner, I also provide personal mentoring services for fellow practitioners, and those in the healing arts.Sessions are offered both in-person and via Zoom.
